  D.H.M.S. Fast Track  
  Courses for Health Professionals:D.H.M.S.(Diploma in Homeopathic System of Medicine and Science) is also conducted for Medical Doctors, Nurses, Naturopaths, Chiropractors and other health care professionals under Fast track programs of one and a half years duration. Tuition Fee is $12,000 for the 18 Months Program.....Read More  
  SPECIAL CERTIFICATE COURSE:  
 

SCHUZZLERS TWELVE TISSUE REMEDIES- Study of these biochemical remedies in the light of physiological action of these remedies and their difference in Homeopathic relationship.

1:Uses of Bio chemic remedies as supplements in deficiency diseases and correcting physiological disorders.
2:Use of Tissue remedies as combinations.
3:Tissue remedies and their therapeutic use.
4:Uses and benefit of tissue remedies for infants, maternity and in old age.
Duration of Course six months. (week end course)

 
  Advanced Standing:
Those students who wish to be exempted from certain subjects must produce transcripts, a letter and an outline of previous course(s) from their previous accredited educational institutions verifying their request. The Dean and the Professor must approve the application. If approval is not granted, the student is eligible to write a challenging exam for those subjects.
Interviews
Once the Director of Admissions has received all of the required information you will be contacted for an interview with the Dean and the Director of Admissions. The personal interview will ascertain whether the program is suited to your interests. If the interview is satisfactory you will be offered a seat in the program
 
  International Students
 
  The English Language Centre is an important department within H.M.E.C.C. INC. Our programs are specifically created to help fulfill the various language needs of students who wish to pursue academic programs at the college or university level or develop their English expertise for job advancement, and increase their comfort level with spoken English.
All international applicants are expected to have studied English to an acceptable level of proficiency. Applicants from countries where English is not the only language in common use will be required to demonstrate English proficiency by TOEFL score of 80 internet based or overall band of 5.5 academic IELTS if they are requesting direct entry to post-secondary, Ontario College Graduate Certificate or applied degree programs. Applicants who apply for preliminary admission to HMECC INC.’s English Language Institute are not required to take one of these tests.
 
  Grading System  
  Students must maintain a minimum of 70% in each course. Students who fail to achieve a grade of 70% or better on any given examination may be required to make arrangements to improve their standing. Students will be granted only one opportunity for the rewriting of an examination or assignment. The maximum grade awarded after successful remediation is 90%.  
  Academic Interruptions  
  Any student who wishes to temporarily suspend their studies at the end of any academic year must submit a written request to the School Administration specifying reasons for deferral. The student may resume his or her studies after satisfying the School of his or her continued ability and dedication.  
  Academic Withdrawal  
  Any student who wishes to withdraw from the course must submit a written request to the administration specifying reasons for withdrawal. Before a refund is authorized, any outstanding fees must be paid.  
  Tuition fees are refunded as follows: 100% refund up to one week after commencement of the course, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit; 50% refund up to four weeks after commencement of the course, minus the $500 deposit.
There is no refund for withdrawal from the course after four weeks.
 
  Transcript  
  Progress reports for each year will be given after completion of that year. Transcripts for each year will be given to the students at the end of the 4 year course.  
  Failure of a Course
 
  Students must retake any failed course in the next session in which the course is available. Charges will apply. Unless otherwise prearranged, failure to write an exam constitutes failure of that exam. Failing the same course twice will result in dismissal.  
  Academic Probation  
  A student may be placed on academic probation for any of the following:
1: Failure of any course.
2: Two incomplete courses at a given time.
3: More than one request for academic remediation within one year.
4: Failure to attend less than 75% of lectures without permission from the Principal or Registrar.
 
  Note: Students will receive written notice of academic probation  
  Clinical Probation
 
  A student may be placed on clinical probation for not abiding by the standards and regulations of the College Clinic (as outlined in the Teaching Clinic Guidelines (available during the first year of study). In addition, students on Academic Probation may lose Clinic privileges.  
  Dismissal  
  Students may be dismissed from the HMECC INC. at any time during their course of study. Prior to their dismissal, a student will be given at least one written warning by the Dean. Grounds for dismissal include the following:
Two terms on academic or clinical probation.
Failure to comply with the expectations outlined in the Code of Conduct.
Failure of payment
 
  TUITION FEES  
  For 1-2 Years (6 semesters) Tuition fee is $2,600 per semester. Three semesters per year (Total: 6 semesters)
Plus $500 as non-refundable deposit
For 3-4 Years (6 semesters) Tuition fee is $3,000 per semester. Three semesters per year (Total: 6 semesters)
